Ra. One (Ra 1) is an upcoming Hindi science-fiction superhero film directed by Anubhav Sinha. Ra one movie total budget 1 billionThe film, which features Shahrukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal, will be produced under Khan’s production company, Red Chillies Entertainment.According to Khan, “Ra.One” means “Random Access – Version 1.0″.
The film was scheduled to be released on 3 June 2011,but was later pushed back due to extensive post production work. The film is set for release on October 26, 2011. Ra.One’s first look was unveiled during the First Quarter Finals of the2011 Cricket World Cup.
On March 10, 2011, it was announced that the television broadcasting rights for Ra.One had been sold to Star India for a record sum of 
40 crore, officially surpassing the previous record of 3 Idiots for 33 crore, to become the highest-sold Bollywood film ever.
